Some much needed relief for overworked marketers

Let’s be honest. Financial institution marketers have it rough. They’re being squeezed from all sides, being asked to do increasingly more with increasingly less.

For example:

  • Marketing materials need to be personalized yet consistent
  • Campaigns need to be fresh and up-to-date but under deadline (and, of course, budget)
  • Other departments need to be kept in the loop
  • Regulations need to be complied with
  • Control of messaging, logos, taglines and colors needs to be maintained

How in the world are marketers supposed to manage all this?

The honest answer is they often don’t.

Let’s take a look at a real-world example. Something as simple (on the surface) as the typical mailing of real estate postcards is, in fact, very time-consuming and complex. From email and PDF creation to internal and external approvals to printing and distribution – it all requires up to eight steps that take 10-21 business days to complete, with each piece requiring 2-5 hours of total production time.

Fortunately, there is a better way.

This same example can be done in a fraction of the time, requiring half the number of steps. Best of all, the quality of the postcards can be enhanced. Instead of eight steps, it can take only four. Instead of hours for each piece, it can take just 20-30 minutes. Instead of a complex and frustrating process, it can be simple and easy – saving the financial institution time, money and resources.
